After analyzing the market opportunities regarding the requirements that the new location should meet, and in particular the legal circumstances, it was decided to build a new building and its own laboratory, which was designed according to the specific requirements of the company.
In 2018, a suitable plot was purchased, documentation was prepared on the basis of which, in 2019, a building permit was obtained, and in 2020, an Agreement with the general contractor was signed and work began. Planned completion of the investment early 2021.
