On April 17, Voting in the “Innovations for Security and Defense 2023” competition has ended, under the honorary patronage of Minister Jacek Siewiera, Head of the National Security Bureau and Jacek Orzeł, acting Director of the National Center for Research and Development.
We would like to inform you that the winners of the competition were five projects:
BORSUK infantry fighting vehicle – a project of a consortium composed of: Huta Stalowa Wola SA (leader), Wojskowe Zakłady Motoryzacyjne SA, Wojskowe Zakłady Elektroniczne SA, Wojskowe Zakłady Inżyniericzne SA, Military Institute of Armor and Automotive Technology, Military University of Technology (WIM), Academy of War Art , Warsaw University of Technology, Research and Development Center for Mechanical Devices OBRUM sp. z o.o. and Rosomak SA – 6 points (1st place);
P-18 PL initial target designation radar – project of a consortium composed of: PIT-RADWAR SA (leader) and Military University of Technology (WEL) – 5 points (2nd place ex aequo);
Mobile multi-sensor border security system p.k. SOWA – project by a consortium composed of: Military University of Technology (IOE) (leader), JSW Nowe Projekty SA, Vortex sp. z o.o. and SZYBICKI – 5 points (2nd place ex aequo),
Project 258 ORP ABATROS minehunter, implemented by Remontowa Shipbuilding SA (leader), Research and Development Center of Maritime Technology Center SA (OBR CTM SA) and PGZ Stocznia Wojenna. – 4 points (3rd place ex aequo),
Suborbital rocket with SF1000 PERUN hybrid engine. Project SpaceForest, sp. o.o – 4 points (3rd place ex aequo).
